Some completely subjective definitions of spiritual
terms, purely relative to my Spirit dialogues.
That is: take them only as my own perceptions, and NOT as authoritative! I am
NOT an authority on anything spiritual, and do not wish anything I say
to be taken as authoritative; and anyone who does take anything I or my Higher
Self says as authoritative has missed the entire point of my whole
spiritual outlook, even if they have read everything on this web site.
The following Glossary does not give comprehensive or necessarily balanced
explanations of the terms used, as I am not expert enough to be able to do so.
It merely gives some idea of my understanding of what the terms mean, and the
explanations are geared merely towards giving a sense of context to passages in
my dialogues which mention the terms. If further information is desired, please
consult more authoritative sources: there are any number of New-Age books which
discuss the subjects in great detail, and there are many web sites which discuss
them, too.
The Glossary has been split into four separate pages, because it grew too
large to be easily accessible as a single page, and took too long to load. This
page is not one of those four, but an index page to the Glossary (and the
original location of all the entries when they were all in one huge page).
Terms which are referred to in this Glossary or elsewhere on the web site
are freely hyperlinked, following the usual typographic convention used in this
web site: links to anything on the same page as the link itself are shown in
large, normal type (the large size being the normal size
of type used in the body of the Glossary), and links to anything on a different
page from the link itself are shown in large, bold type.
Now following are quick links to each of the terms discussed, listed under
broad alphabetic categories according to the separate files in the Glossary. I
only include terms which are mentioned in the dialogues, and not necessarily all
terms which would be necessary for a comprehensive coverage of the subjects of
Ascension, the Masters, or any other spiritual or New-Age subjects which this
web site touches on. (Entries which are merely cross-references to another
term, or to an alternative form of the same term, are listed below, but not made
into active links.)
Finally, I would make a suggestion which might help anyone who wants to
look up a number of terms in the Glossary. Because they are now on four
separate pages, you might like to load those four pages into separate windows of
your browser and switch between them as necessay, to avoid the delays that will
result from using the links to load a different page each time you go to a new
page. Just load the four pages, and use the links at the top of each page to go
straight to the term you want to look up, and when you have finished with
reading an entry, press "Home" to make the page scroll up to the top again, so
that the links are available to take you to the next entry you want from that
same page.
This method of working will avoid using many of the provided links, which
will download a new copy of the target page; but, depending on how many terms
you want to look up, and the speed at which you can download pages, it may
nevertheless be a faster way for you to navigate the Glossary pages.
